well I started the workout yesterday it was great. Just a question. In the manual its 6 days on 1 off. My scheduel is hectect. I can workout 5 days instead of the 6. Is this going to be a problem? what should i do in reguards to the workout?

dude, sometimes life gets in the way..
if you truly cannot make 6 w/o a week happen, then adapt and run the program adapted to your schedule, just keep it rolling as the order is laid out, but take those 2 days off/wk.
