Default I am confused

How do I perform the drop the drop sets for month 3? If I am performing my 3x10 with 225 lbs... Do I started my drop set each time with 225? 225x8, 200x4, 175x4 and then back to 225? I am just lost.... sorry guys. Basically I am just trying to figure out if I return to my original starting weight for the 8 reps or is it just a weight that i can 8 reps of after performing the 3x10. Any help/clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I do not perform drop sets anymore, but I will try to answer the question based off of when I did do them. I always dropped the weight by 5 pounds on small lifts, and 10-20 on big ones.

IMO, it really does not matter, as long as your intensity level is steadily increasing, you will stimulate new muscle growth.
