This might be a dumb questions but I just started the Specimen workout and day one has you doing 5 x 5 sets of "Pause Push Ups" w/ 30 second hold at the bottom of the rep. Does this mean 5 reps w/ 30 second pause each rep before moving on to seated rows. The reason I ask is it seems to take a decent amount of time to just get through one set of pause push ups before moving on....And then there is still another 4 sets to do. Thanks in advance.
