ok thats what i thought.

for some reason i thought all of the nutrients would go away and test % would lower the next day until replenishment.

I guess I can keep doing what I was doing

besides - even if there were some truth to that, I would say realistically it only applies the night before (or within a certain timeframe) an athletic event you want to be 110% for..

aside from that, the trade-off in strength for the cardio benefits makes it more than a wash IMO!
