are you kidding me? ludicrous..old wives tale.
reminds me of Mick in the Rocky flicks: "women weaken legs".. wtf. besides - even if there were some truth to that, I would say realistically it only applies the night before (or within a certain timeframe) an athletic event you want to be 110% for.. aside from that, the trade-off in strength for the cardio benefits makes it more than a wash IMO! ![]()
