On the following stack for 3 days now,

Morning: 1 Recreate, 1AP

Breaky: 2 PRIME

Lunch: 2 PRIME

Pre W/O: 1 AP, 2 PowerFull

Suffering pain and soreness in feeling and to touch across arms, shoulder and chest!

Is this because ive just got back into the gym, or something else?

Well first, how long does your soreness last.
Second of all, your not switching up your workouts and training hard enough if your not super sore the next day.. Second of all

This is my personal trick.

Before he gym buy a 1 gallon thing of water.. buy glutamine, (glutatmine is vital for recovery)... Put two table spoons of glutamine in your entire gallon of water... Then make it your goal to kill that gallon of water before, durring, and right after your workout.. Helps SOOO much if you do it that way... Also GET some Jack3d... and a workout partner,,, you will stay sore for 3 months straight until you finally realize its time to cycle off the jack3d haha.

pain in back gone now, just pecs, quads and tris, super sore, struggle to put clothes on and wipe ass.

Been smashing the water and glute but getting worse, cannot lift arms above shoulders.

Does this indicate a streched pec?

There is a big difference between very sore muscles and injury. You should be able to tell the difference yourself, in my opinion. If you're worried, you should go to a doctor who can do an analysis himself.

I don't know about it indicating a pec problem, but I do know that not being able to lift your arm above your shoulder can mean a rotator cuff problem. It sounds like you need to stay away from the gym for a while and go to the doctor if that doesn't help.

Sounds like DOMS to me (Delayed onset muscle soreness)
can last for up to a week in some instances, but no longer than that-otherwise injury, I tend to train harder on the Astack so my DOMS is usually more Profound then Iam used to.
