Default Which USPLabs workout do I follow? online or MD-mini-booklet?

Hi, I bought Muscle Development magazine, which has the mini-booklet inside that is almost identical in wording to http://www.usplabsdirect.com/asteroi...tackmanual.pdf .

The workout is not the same. I assume the online manual is more updated than the booklet in MD magazine? The workout programs are very much different as far as # of sets and types of exercises.

Anyone noticed this? I'm not sure which one to follow anymore. My interest is both size & strength, but moreso size.

Help me out USPLabs :P you're confusing me.

I don't know what is printed in the MD issue you speak of, but the link you posted is to the original A-Stack Freak Workout, which I can tell you is brutally tough and designed to add size and strength! this format worked incredibly well for me, and concluded with an all-time PR on my flat bench press, as well as strenght gains in other areas..

The booklet you received in your Muscular Development is the ASteroid Stack Manual V2.0!!!

Both are crazy effective, the new one is just that...new.

We have many people using this training program and we need to change it up.

Default Asteroid 2.0 - where's the rest of the workout?

Hey there, I got the hardcopy 2.0 version "Big and Ripped in 12 weeks" from a Vitamin Shoppe, the training section on p.22 includes Month 1, though looks like Months 2 and 3 are missing, it ends on p. 25 and runs into the next section.

Also, the website for the 2.0 workout, it's not there, p. 22 says it's at: www.usplabsdirect.com/freakworkout.

Help!

Please advise - thanks in advance!

I had spoken to Mr. Doyle about this last week. You are to repeat the prescribed SPECIMEN workout three times over (3 months = 12 weeks). Each time, focus on increasing the weight, as well as the intensity.
