I am starting Month 3. I did my 3x10. When I do my 3x8-4-4... does this mean I do one triple drop set and that equals the 3 or do I perform 3 triple drop sets? Also, at what point do I perform the S1 sets? At the end of both P1 and P2 or do I perform one of them after P1 and one after P2? Thanks for the clarification.

From the guy that created the program:
Yes: first set is 8 reps, 2nd and 3rd is 4 reps, increase weight at the end of both p1 and p2 and always finish all sets in a number group before moving on to next letter.
