I am starting Month 3. I did my 3x10. When I do my 3x8-4-4... does this mean I do one triple drop set and that equals the 3 or do I perform 3 triple drop sets? Also, at what point do I perform the S1 sets? At the end of both P1 and P2 or do I perform one of them after P1 and one after P2? Thanks for the clarification.
