Should I workout monday through friday doing only one body part aday? Or mon tues/thurs friday with on monday chest and shoulders together? Im using jack3 AP/PF and Prime,Im also 52 years old, and still injoying hitting the gym,Thanks John

all up to you man, whatever your preferences/goals/time allowances are.
I like the 'one basic bodypart per day, 5x weekly' schematic.. I also like doubling some things up and hitting weights 4x weekly as you said..this also works to make 1 full cardio-only day during the week if you are so inclined.. whatever you are comfortable with my friend.
