Question Weight lose help

Hello folks I'm new to this site, also pretty new to training and I need to lose 85 pounds. I need to know what usp labs supplments would I need to take? what foods should be eating? What workouts/cardio should I be doing to achieve my goals. I weight 300 pounds now and i'm really out of shape right now. Please help me please. I am very motivated, i just need help starting off.

Can you give an example of your daily routine as well as what you eat? Remember honesty is the best policy. Meaning don't cheat yourself by saying you eat healthy when you go out to fast food places and order 2 burgers from say McDonalds or something. I am not trying to be rude by any means. If you could write down what you eat at each meal and approx. what time that will help as well. Are you currently taking any supplements or vitamins?

Thanks

Jeff

If you don't want to do a legs day, just take it away and do 4 days of cardio... whether that is the bike, walking, running, etc. Gotta start out somewhere.
