I was wondering if somebody could help/tell me how to implement the "monster pipes" workout that came along with the asteroid freak workout packet. The supplements I am taking are PRIME, Cryotest, Kre-Alkalyn, JACK3D along with protein and a healthy diet. This is my current workout that I do Mon-Thurs usually at 5pm:
DAY 1 SETS REPS Pull ups 3 as many possible Front squat 3 6-8 Incline DB bench 3 8 ankle rockers 3 12 each leg 3 way shoulder 2 8 each way ( 10 plate lift front raise, side raise and intermediate raise between both positions) tricep pulldowns 3 8 DAY 2 db FLAT ALTERNATE PRESS 3 8 1 LEG SQUAT 3 8 EACH LEG 1 ARM ROWS 3 8 EACH 1 LEG GOOD MORNINGS 3 8 EACH UPRIGHT ROWS 3 8-10 bicep curls 3 8 DAY 3 inverted row off pyisio ball 3 8-10 back squat 3 6-10 DB incline alternate press 3 8 partner GHRs 3 8 triple threat 3 8 shoulder rear raises 3 8 DB medley 1 10-2 (take 25 plate put parallel to you and do curl motion for 10 then put back in parallel position and do wrist movement action. work from 10 to 8 to 6 to 4 to 2 with out stopping) Day 4 Chin ups 3 AMP split squat (bb) 3 8 DB shoulder press 3 8 1 leg RDL 3 8 each Bench press or 45 lbs weighted pushup 3 AMP 2 leg ball bridge 3 8 * abs all 4 days ------------------------------------------------------------------------- also do you guys have any suggestions on some upper body excersises i should also put into any of my workout days?
