so another update.
i had my bf taken 2 days ago and its gone up .7% in the last month. my lifts are much stronger/better and some of my cardio (especially swimming) has improved monumentally but the bf thing is bugging me. my weight is also up from mid 250's to low 260's. my nutrition is the same as it was before; i just moved some of my dinner carbs to pre workout/breakfast carbs to work best with the p-slim. is this common?

an update. i've spoken with a nutritionist i go to about the lack of fat loss occurring. she has suggested i switch my pre/post workout meals, so that i am eating protein first and carbs after. given this change, i'm going to be dropping pslin out of my routine for a bit to see if this helps. i'll also be switching to weight lifting 5 days a week (versus 3) per her instructions and changing my cardio to a combo of bike/running/swimming in each session, 3x a week, in addition to 3 other cardio sessions. hopefully 11 workouts a week will help.

there are myriad ways to structure a diet, but I'm not necessarily a fan of that scheme for you, unless you wanted to run fasted training upon rising and then consume your carbs following (a preferable option for you in fact in line with your goals).
otherwise, breakfast (aka also your preWO meal) is the optimum timeframe to have these carbs, not postWO.

my instinct tells me the culprit is your diet. list your meals/timings and supp protocol so I can evaluate.
