yeah, there's something to that..and to Daniel's statement as well.
I remember when I was beta-testing the Prime early last yr, every day was just
on! I had day after day of crazy workouts, feeling like a world-beater..just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the next day would go to new heights.
unbelievable.

I got spoiled.
then, when i had an ordinary, average day - a day that might otherwise in fact be considered a
decent day pre-Prime - it seemed to be a ridiculously lousy day just because of the way I'd been flying! altho those type of days were rare while on Prime, they did indeed happen. that is why I am a proponent of escalating dosage, starting out with the
Prime 69 Protocol (6 caps on rest days, 9 caps on training days); increasing that dosage after 4 weeks, again 2 weeks later, and again 2 weeks after that. works out perfectly for my 8-week cycles.
if I want to run a 12-week scheme, I might just slow down the frequency of increase (i.e. 6/9 for 4 weeks, 7/12 for 4 weeks, and 8/15 for 4 weeks)..or, I might opt to take a couple caps preWO on empty stomach, instead of increasing my consumption w/ meals..lots of variables to play with.
this keeps your body from adapting as quick IMO, and each time you bump the dose it's almost like the feeling of starting a new cycle.
just my .02 worth.
