Default PRIME + PowerFULL + CLA?

Can i take the three of these at the same time? I plan on taking GNC Pro Performance CLA tabs.

You can mix CLA in with just about anything. USP Labs products are pretty safe to mix with anything too. You just want to watch for what is best to mix and timing. IE no carbs around the PowerFULL.

ooh this reminds me of another question. i should probably put this in the Jack3d forum, but what the hell. Does Jack3d have carbs in it? Because my preworkout supps include Prime, Jack3d, and Powerfull.

I do not think so and definitely not anything to worry about with PowerFULL if there is we are talking about a gram or something of no consequence but I dont think it has any. We all take Jack3d anf PowerFULL together.

Sorry, I have another question. Would Jack3d, PowerFULL, Prime, CLA, Biotin, and One-a-Day Weight Smart vitamins be overkill on fat loss? I'm trying to gain lots of muscle but lose lots of bodyfat at the same time. I'm not getting the bodyfat reduction thus far with the first 3 (i can't take recreate b/c i had an allergic reaction...or anabolic pump).

overkill on fat-loss? no.
one thing you need to understand: it is very difficult to shed bodyfat while gaining lean muscle concurrently; with an on-point diet, a good training regimen, and these supps, it can be done, but it requires hitting everything optimally..your statement that you want to 'gain lots of muscle but lose lots of bodyfat at the same time' needs to be tempered.
if you cannot use RC or AP (bummer for sure), I would recommend you pick up some kind of thermogenic fat-burner, as that is going to be one of the areas you need to attack fat-loss from. diet will be your biggest area that you need to focus on, but like I said the other peripherals are all important when trying to make some drastic changes.

Do the fat loss first, and then try to gain muscle. It will be much easier that way.
