doubtful that this type of low-effort, low-impact activity will promote overtraining, irregardless of the type of effort your earlier actual workout session contains.
doubtful, as well, that this type of activity will promote any muscle growth..
however, there are some doctors/health gurus who actually promote the type of pre-bed exercises/stretches you speak of, albeit more for general health purposes.
if you like it, keep doing it.

I agree with Snag..

If anything you should quit the PRE bed workouts and use that time to wind down so you can fall asleep faster. Also if you still have the effort/strenght/levitated level of being awake. Your not working out hard enough durring your "regular workout"

I hit the gym at 5-6 pm.. by the time im in bed after my shower at 8-9 i can literally start to feel my HGH kicking in. and it knocks me right out. (i never felt it until i got in to intense bodybuilding *COMPOUND AND HEAVY*
I mean in theory (our body evolved to work with daylight/night time. so get the jump start on bed)

I say going to sleep earlier without the workouts will benefit you more due to the fact that your body goes in to HGH mode.

I believe overtrianing is doing one more set/stretch/whatever than is absolutley required for optimal results. If you are doing too much, you will know because your results will be poor.
