Asteroid Stack dosage

Hi Casey/Snagency,

Ive taken the Asteroid stack for 1 week now. I am taking-

Prime 3 times a day 3 pills with meals
Powerfull 3 pills b4 workout , 3 pills b4 bed
AP 3 times a day 1 pill 15 mins b4 carb meals.

I know i have to run the Powerfull 6 days on , 1 day off, should i do the same for Prime and should i run the stack for a total of 12 weeks on ,then 4 weeks off.

Please advise.

for a 12-week cycle for you, I would recommend:
PowerFULL, 5 days on/2 days off
Prime, every day (on non-training days, drop down to 2 capsx3 meals)
AP, 3-4 daily
then follow w/ 4 weeks off.
