Unhappy Off cycle loss of strength

what does the loss off strength mean after coming off Prime?

means you're not on Prime anymore. lol..
you shouldn't lose strength per se; you will just notice that strength increases are not happening at as rapid a rate as when on Prime.
if you've been training hard, maybe it's time for a de-load in the weights, change things up to enhance recovery.

Thanx Snag, looks like I got no other choice but to de-load

Prime really had my lifts per rep range higher than I'm able to manage two weeks out from when I began the off cycle...helped me put some nice stretch marks on my shoulders too...HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN

4 weeks is a safe guidline..about the right time to de-load too.
