Post Just bought Prime

hello everyone I just bought my first bottle of prime, I am 5"10'and about 198Lbs. My body fat is about 18%.
Does anybody suggest any specific diet that i can follow?
I'm trying to gain about 20 more pounds and loose about 8% of body fat.

I am going to start using the sample that i received with the bottle. If somebody has any idea please send it to me or just post it on my page.

It is going to be hard to gain 20 lbs and lose 8% body fat. Anyways, here is a great start to helping you with your nutrition:

My input may be a bit spotty, but I do things differently. Low calories or low carb to lose weight, high protein to gain weight. I would lose the body fat first, then gain the muscle.

hi protein to gain weight??
devoid of concurrent increase in either carbs or fat, that wouldn't work.
protein is the most thermogenic of all the macronutrients -- for every gram we ingest, the body burns 30% of it just to digest it!

LOL. yeah. For me, dieting consists of calories and only calories. Gaining weight is protein with supporting carbs. Then again, I have never had a problem gaining weight, lol.

EDIT: I know how a lot of people diet, but for me it works in the opposite direction.
