hello everyone I just bought my first bottle of prime, I am 5"10'and about 198Lbs. My body fat is about 18%.
Does anybody suggest any specific diet that i can follow? I'm trying to gain about 20 more pounds and loose about 8% of body fat. I am going to start using the sample that i received with the bottle. If somebody has any idea please send it to me or just post it on my page. |

LOL. yeah. For me, dieting consists of calories and only calories. Gaining weight is protein with supporting carbs. Then again, I have never had a problem gaining weight, lol.
EDIT: I know how a lot of people diet, but for me it works in the opposite direction. |
