Just bought Prime
hello everyone I just bought my first bottle of prime, I am 5"10'and about 198Lbs. My body fat is about 18%.
Does anybody suggest any specific diet that i can follow? I'm trying to gain about 20 more pounds and loose about 8% of body fat. I am going to start using the sample that i received with the bottle, if somebody has any idea please send it to me or just post it on my page.
