Need help with powerfull dosage

Im on the Asteriod Stack with Jack 3d, I am not a newbie to supplements or working out, But your dosage is very confusing as there are many different dosing stacks/times on all the forums here.

I train in the eve 7 or 8 pm . I know and understand the Prime dosage and AP. But you guys at UPS Lab seem to have different Dosage info for POWERFULL, Some say if you train in the eve then take in the AM 30 mins B4 food then B4 Training then B4 bed, Then there's info saying take just B4 training then b4 bed so please advise me on the correct dosage time for POWERFULL for eve Workout.
