I do the 6 per day. 5 days on 2 off. And it's worked like a charm. That's with hitting the weights hard too. I chow down about 3900 to 4k cals per day( plenty of complex carbs). Weekends are my cheat days for food. It's been pretty amazing, with prime i can do a little cheat eat during the week also, but primes still takin off the bf. Nothing crazy like eating a gallon of ice cream, but little cheats here and there(during the week)! Drink about 2 in half gals of water per day also.
