hey im going to start using prime in a few days and just wanted to see what you guys thought of my training split and my dosing times........
8-9 A.M.-wake up, eat breakfast, take Prime 9-10 A.M.-Train 11-12 A.M.-Lunch, Take Prime 6 P.M.- Supper, Take Prime I have a good, strict diet and am working on getting the best sleep patterns i can, i am currently on a 6 day split, but as you all know, Prime is meant to be taken only five days a week so im going to train Abs/ Forearms Without it. Just wanted to know what you thought and if you had any suggestions as to how i could improve this schedule. thanks |

you can take prime everyday if you want to. the mildest results are thru the 6 on 1 off schedule. but the usp reps on here give all kinds of dosing protocols. they said a "69" approach yields good results: 9 on training days 6 on off days. good luck dude.
