Prime: Training and diet
hey im going to start using prime in a few days and just wanted to see what you guys thought of my training split and my dosing times........
8-9 A.M.-wake up, eat breakfast, take Prime
9-10 A.M.-Train
11-12 A.M.-Lunch, Take Prime
6 P.M.- Supper, Take Prime
I have a good, strict diet and am working on getting the best sleep patterns i can, i am currently on a 6 day split, but as you all know, Prime is meant to be taken only five days a week so im going to train Abs/ Forearms Without it. Just wanted to know what you thought and if you had any suggestions as to how i could improve this schedule.
