Can I take the 600mg version of Prime, 3 caps at a time, with 4 different meals? Is it too much? I take a 3 before my workout, 3 with my post workout shake, 3 with dinner, and 3 more with my last meal of the day. Absolutely, I feel great and as if were on a decent cycle of 500 to 750 test, and dbol tabs. No joke.![]() ![]() |

sure, that's just another variation of the hi-dosing Prime protocol! keep rolling w/ 12 on w/o days, maybe drop to 6 or 9 caps on off-training days..that's a great plan buddy, keep us in the loop on your progress!

Monday through saturday I am taking 12 caps of Prime a day. I split it up with 3 caps over 4 different times. Here is how it looks.
Meal 1- I take prime Meal 2- no Prime 1 1/2 hours later I take 3 Powerfull and 3 Prime 1/2 hour later I hit the gym and consume shotgun After the gym I drink my postworkout shake, but no Prime Meal 3- I take Prime Meal 4- Wich is just a nightime protein shake and a bunch of mixed nuts, I take the last dose of Prime. 2 hours later I take Powerfull. On sundays I only take about 4 or 6 Prime divided over 3 meals. Should I cycle off the Prime before the end of the 12 week cycle? - wich should be towards the end of December. 2nd Q. Should I taper down some weeks, like down to 9 or to 6 caps a day? 3rd Q. What do I do for the month of January when I cycle off? I will stay on Anabolic pump though, as I see no reason to cycle off that. My goal is to keep losing weight, hopefully all from fat. If I happen to gain muscle and strength as a by product, so be it. ( amazingly this is happening as we speak, I cant wait to post before and after pics and body compisitions ) but we'll see how long if continues to do this. Thankfully with the help from all the great fellas on here, im accomplishing my goals. BIG SHOUT OUT TO SNAGENCY! Thanks man. I ate real clean comlex carbs all friday and I feel great! Plus I started my Recreate that night, and I can already tell it works. I was really, really warm, and had to force myself to eat. HA! I never thought id be saying that in my life... |

Thanks Snagency! Everyday, every workout, every clean meal, every USPLABS Supplement timed right, are new bricks and building blocks, mortar, and rebar to build my ideal, healthy and strong body.
My body fat was measured again. Its still 36 percent, but my weight went up from 298lbs to 306lbs. My waist went from 51 to 50 inches. My thigh went from 25 inches to 26.5 inches Virtually all the other measurments stayed the same. Ive gotten so much stronger in these last 3 weeks, that the gap in strength between me and my brother is closing a little more each day. In fact, I benched more than him today on Incline benches. Im just goin to keep trucking along and plugging away at the weights. Now that ive got my diet a little more dialed in and clean, I know ill see that bodyfat drop down. From just one day of cleaning up my diet, ive already seen a change in my physique. Less water retention and bloat. |

Q. if you are trying to lose weight (fat) and gain muscle, should you do cardio BEFORE or AFTER you lift? my workout: 5 days a week. i do and hour on the Elliptical (5.5 - 6 miles and 830 - 880 cal) and lift for about an hour - hour half. i do one muscle group a day (but if i do back i try and do 1 bi exorcise, if i do chest i try and do 1 tri exorcise, and so on). for each muscle group i do 4 - 5 different exorcises and start light (20 reps) and go heavy (6 - 8 reps) in 5 sets. right now i mix it up but it seems to me that i should just do cardio BEFORE i lift so i burn more calories while lifting. any advice would be appreciated, thx! oh and i take Jack3d and Animal pack...thinking of adding Prime. after...if you do cardio before you will for 1. not start burning fat until after minimum 25 mins 2. muscles will be weaker and won't be able to push as hard thru the workout.
but if you do cardio after, you are already heated up and you start burning fat immediatly : ) That is my opinion on this
