Hi, i recently bought 4 bottle of prime...
![]() I've got a few of questions... ![]() -> the "5 days ON, 2 days OFF routine" does it mean 5 workout days.. or just 5 days at a stretch even if ur nt working out all5 days continuously.. because i workout only 4 days a week n i'm lookin to gain mass... i can certainly change to 5 working days a week, but i dont wanna train on al 5 days continuously, i want to atleast make it 3ON/1OFF, 2ON/1OFF( mon, tue, wed Fri sat workin out & thursday n sunday rest )... so finallly what i wanna ask is when do take the pillls.... starting monday to friday... or only on the days i'm working out??? ->If things are goin fine can i extend my first cycle to 20 weeks instead of 16 cuz anyways i bought 4 bottles... -> Is there any concrete stipulation as to when the pills shoudl be taken for pre-workout, i mean how many hours or minutes prior to the workout... min-max?? and can i also take it on a light meal or does have to be a standard meal thanx in advance for anyone who can give me answer, though i would request the USPLABS AUTHORISED PERSON members to answer it for my satisfaction... ![]() Last edited by hyderabadi_hearthrob; 02-08-2009 at 01:06 AM. |

I been taken prime and powerful just like u suggested for the p.m. trainer. After just two week i started to feel what i will call a little swollen. My biceps chest and back started to show results. I got so excited that i went out and bought Anabolic pump and added it to Prime and Powerfull. After two days of takein it i saw myself in the mirror n i could tell i was getting thinner. Unfortunatley i lost the five pounds n i see no results. I am takein the Anabolic pump as prescribed in the bottled. Can you help me out. I know i am doing something wrong but i dont know what. My workout out put is great i even have a big appetite n eat more than usual. started to take in more lean protein such as fish and chicken and started to drink 100% whey and 100% casien protein both before n after work outs. I also work out 5 days strait n take two off. Please someone tell me what the Hell am i doing wrong.

my guess is that you need to up your carb intake; this effect is individually dependent on how one responds to carbs in the first place. and one note, FYI: pre & post w/o are not the time for a casein protein. this is a slow-digesting protein, and is best suited for nighttime use (i.e. before bed). for your pre & post timeframes you want to look more at an isolate, something that is absorbed quickly in the body for immediate use (pre) and recovery (post).

O.K.
Hear it is. i wake up at 5:15. I am a Mailman so i have to pack all my meal for on the go consumption. In the morning i at 5:45 i take 1 Anabolic pump and 2 prime. At 6 am i consume a shake that contains 1 scoop of Whey isolate and i scoop of casein and two table spoons of peanut butter and 6 ounces of papaya. The shake is made with 3 cups of soy milk. At around 8:45 I usually snack on a protein bar. At 11:45 i take 1 Anabolic Pump and 2 Prime. At 12 noon i usually eat 2 chicken breast with some veggies, usually tomatoes. Am a p.m trainer so i take my 1 Anabolic pump and my 2 Prime at around 5 and then I have a granola bar and a whey protein shake same as the one in the morning. I usually do 40 min cardio then 1 hour and fifteen min of weights. After i drink another shake same as the morning. when i get home i usually have some sort of protein chicken, tuna or egg whites with veggies and two slices of bread. Normally i dont even eat that much but i really want to gain some muscle. To keep the wegith off in the past i did a lot of cardio. I didnt really follow a diet i just counted my calories and worked out a lot. Can you guys help. |
