Jack3d Question
hey guys i took my dose of jack3d(1 scoop) at 5pm and started my workout at 5:30 and about 15mins into my work i was feeling sore so i discontinued my workout for the night so i wouldnt hurt myself. Now the question is being i took my dose of jack3d, would it bother me if i didnt do much of a workout?
