Default nautious after training?

taking jacked. up to 2 scoops. and love it, im training harder then ever and getting my weight up on my lifts and putting on size.

I noticed the other day that after i trained i was a bit nautious, i feel fine when i take the jacked and train but afterwords ive been feeling sick to my stomach.

the intensity of my workouts have jumped drastically, and since the weight is going up obviously the body toll and strain will increase.

Do you think its the jacked thats making me nautious after training? or just the intensity increasing while training?

Are you drinking enough water throughout your day? may sound like a stupid question but the increase of your workload in the gym plus the creatine in the Jack3d will make you feel this way if your not drinking enough..

More than likely the diet, water intake, or the way you breathe during your workout.

diet has been solid as can be.

i figured it was the water and i drank a ton of it after i trained and it helped, so il just increase the water from where im at now.

do yourself a HUGE favor, Stop by any grocery store, get the gallon jug. put two table spoons of glutamine in it, and make it a habbit to kill that durring your workout!!! boom problem solved i promise

Also bump up the carbs pre-workout, i get that feeling when i lack in the carb department.

Default Sick on Jack3d

I just bought latest container at The Vitamin shoppe and took my usual 2 scoops , unlike The previous six months of use , My heartrate skyrocketed and I felt motion sickness midway through my workout , so I assumed it was bad timing, but it happened again and worse, my wife also had hardcore vomiting after one scoop, and she has been a regular user. I drink butt loads of water and I am not sensitive to any stims, Their must be a bad batch.
I have already wrote USP They can have my container.

Sorry to hear about that sir. Not sure what it is wrong. I would say take some time off from Jack3d for like a month and then try it again.
