Default afternoon workout dosage?

due to my work schedule i have no choice but to workout in the evening times(anywhere from 5:30-5:45 then dinner around 6:30-45). So would supplementing with jack3d benefit or hurt me at that time of day as far as regarding being able to sleep? If i purchase this should i start at like a half scoop or less? what do you guys recommend?

you don't say what time you go to bed.
if you have 5-6hrs or so before bedtime after taking Jack3d, you should be okay..
def start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance and sleep tonight..if no problems, then you could try 1 full scoop next time if desired.
