Default why is my jack3d becoming clummpy

my jack3d has almost turning into one solid thing why is this

you have let moisture (or too much exposure to air) into the container.
Jack3d must be kept closed & sealed at all times when not in use.
I have seen what you are talking about first hand..the good thing is, it is still effective in this form!

ok i was wondering cause it was weird looking but i dont feel it like when it was fresh so just dumped it going to get a new jar
