I have just added jack3d to my stack and have found it very helpfull as a pre work supplement, I also take cellmass and a quality wpi, can you recommend anything else that would help me achieve mass lean muscle without increasing body fat?
I workout 4 times a week and do a little cardio in the way of touch football Im 35years old weigh 82kg height 175cm Any help would be much appreciated, thanks |
