Default Hypergain + Jack3d = ?

the lady at the GNC told me not to take hypergain (creatine/test) while taking jack3d because it had creatine on it.
  • the suggested dose for hypergain is 3 capsules pre workout
  • the suggested dose for jack3d is 1-3 scoops pre workout
  • should i lay off the hypergain until im done with jack3d or should i take them both? or will it be too much creatine?

You are fine to stack the two.

"Hypergain" is simply 300mg Kre-Alkalyn (buffered creatine), Tribulus Terrestris (sexual aid), as well as some Insulin mimickers and minerals.

thx for the reply, i was a bit concerned because both supps have creatine in them.

i shall take 3 hypergain pills and run it down with 2 scoops of jack3d

I see no issues. However, I do not see a necessity either.
Hypergain looks like it would be pretty effective in a post-training environment.
