My background : my arms are skinny and i have a chubby body with stomach roll when i sit

i am 5'6 and 152lbs

my supplement history: hypergain (creatine/test) and protein shakes

i want to get huge arms period and not have a disgusting stomach

i do 45 min of lifting and 20 min of jogging/running

i sleep like a baby and do not over eat

i am tired of having stick like arms

i purchased a can of jack3d as my last attempt to get big arms

i have been stressed for the past year of working out ( i rarely do isolations mostly do presses/pull ups/squats etc)

i know my genes are not a teamplayer when it comes to building big arms (limbs in general)

What I ask:

are there any strategies to get big arms by taking jack3d? (no stacking i am poor lol, even purchasing this was a great investment!)

this is my last attempt and of course if i feel results i will definitely keep taking it ( of course it takes alot of time to witness results)

first of all, maybe try a different title for your next thread..

here's an insane arm routine that strength coach Jon Doyle created..try this, making sure to not neglect the rest of your bodyparts, but focusing on the arms.
also, make sure your nutrition is on time; if you need help with this, start by reading Dexterium's thread posted in the 'Nutrition' section.

Quote:
MONSTER PIPES: The Ultimate Arm
Girth Enhancer
While it’s true that every program should be based around heavy compound movements
such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, pulls and presses, you CAN increase your arm size…
and quickly! It’s common knowledge that you generally need to gain 10-15 pounds of
bodyweight to gain an inch on your arm, but with the proper program, that simply not true.
In fact, I see it every day. Guys putting 1-2 inches on their arms in a short period of time.
Now, don’t be fooled by arm measurements – it’s pretty similar to asking a guy how many
chicks he’s been with. Very few natural guys have 18 inch arms, let alone “24 inch pythons”
claimed by many. If you get your arm girth up to 17-18 inches they will look like Rocket
launchers!
NOTES:
• For experienced lifters, in order to gain size in a particular bodypart, you should move to
a maintenance phase on all other body parts for the duration of your bodypart-specific
workout phase.
• Complete all sets of letter group before going on to next letter group
• Alternate exercises of same letter group
• Rest 30-45 seconds between sets.
• On all biceps exercises, keep wrists “relaxed” so emphasis is on biceps and not forearm
muscles.
• Focus on squeezing muscle on each and every rep.
• Perform each workout once per week.
• Be sure to get adequate carbohydrates & proteins before and after training.
Workout 1
A1. 30 Degree Incline DB Curl – 6 sets x 6 reps…3-1-1-1 tempo
A2. Decline Close-grip Bench – 6 sets x 6 reps…3-1-1-0 tempo
-hands about 14 inches apart. Don’t put hands too close together.
B1. Barbell Drag Curls…4 x 8…2-2-2-2 tempo
-As you curl keep barbell in contact with body at all times
B2. Seated Rack presses…4 x 6…2-0-1-0 tempo
-Lower barbell to top of head and press from there
C1. Barbell Curl Iso- Holds…3 x 60 seconds
-Hold Barbell slighter higher than parallel with floor and squeeze biceps for
maximum effectiveness. Keep wrists neutral at all times.
C2. Close Grip Pushup Iso Hold…3 x 60 seconds
-Keep elbows by sides and hold at angle where you feel maximum tension on triceps.

Workout 2 (3-4 days later)
A1. Incline Zottman Curls – 5 x 8…3-1-1-1
-Curl up, reverse curl (palms down) as you lower
A2. Flat bench 1 1/3 Close Grip bench – 5 x 8…3-1-1-0
-One rep – Lower bar to lower chest/upper torso area, press 1/3 of the way up,
lower back down to body, press bar until arms are 98% straight
B1. Scott Reverse Curls…4 x 6…3-0-1-2
-Using preacher bench, place arms over opposite side of where you’d normally (you
are standing - facing where you’d normally sit).
B2. Decline DB 1 1/3 Triceps Extensions…4 x 8…4-2-2-1 tempo
C1. Supine cable Curl…3 x 10…3-1-1-2
-lay down on cable machine where you would perform seated cable row. With
straight or ez curl bar, keep elbows tight to side and curl towards body.
C2. Dual Rope Pressdown…3 x 10…4-1-1-2 tempo
-Use two triceps ropes on one pulley, one for each arm. Significantly increases
exercise range of motion and triceps recruitment.

This is going to sound like weird advice.. it worked for me though.

To get bigger arms i quit working out my arms. (I will explain)..

My partner is a beasy 10+ year bodybuilder.. flat benches 410 (6-8 reps.) Anywas working out with him for 6 months. taught me something.

COMPOUND HEAVY WORKOUTS = ENTIRE MUSCULAR SYSTEM GROWTH.... For example... i had school durring his arm day so i never made it to arms with him. and he would never trade off his routine and i would always hit the weights with him due to the insane workouts I mean (fainting/vomitting (happended weekly with me). (i would literally have to beer bong glutamine to keep up)

Anyways this crazy thing happend. after not doing arms or isolated workouts. i noticed things like my biceps/triceps/forearms all got wayyy bigger (bigger than they had ever been when i worked out in high school) and when i went to try some bicep curls i had picked up mad strenght gain (im talking going from hitting the 65 curl bar 10-15 times to hitting the 95 curl bar 10-15 times) my arms grew more than they ever have in my life. WITHOUT EVER DOING ARMS FOR 6 MONTHS..

As a result i think the aspect of hormonal release due to heavy lifting/physical stress is more effective than anything else. (Oh i also ate more chicken (i love chicken haha) another thing i did with him, is we always did a closer grip on barbell workouts.

Anyways what works for me in building arms is not working out arms heh! (and go insane on everything else).

is just that it is so stressing to be one of those guys with arms like twigs in the gym :/

i hope jack3d is able to speed up the process!

p.s the rush from jack3d is amazing. i took 2 scoops and could not sit still nor could quit smiling!

i felt the energy throughout my entire workout and slept like a baby~

hehe, 3 extra meals of chicken & rice a day, right?
it's not a bad recipe for growth..I like my red meat, but grilled chicken breast is great stuff too.

Jack3d will give you the drive and boost, some good ingredients for a great workout..but, what you're doing in the gym (intensity/form/exercise selection, etc.) and what you're eating thruout the day and surrounding your training is going to have the biggest determining factor in your results.
use the product for what it is - a tool to meet an ends.
focus on continual progress within your training.

I would totally agree about the compound heavy workouts inducing muscle growth in all areas of the body. I would personally leave the isolation exercises on the sideline. This is not to say that they do not have their place, but right now try focusing on just getting stronger in all areas.
