This is how you do it:
Step 1: Get your Jack3d Step 2:Quit drinking and get serious with your diet. Step 3: Hit the GYM HARD with a PARTNER (no partner= no gain IMO) if your not near fainting/vomitting your not working out hard enough. Step 4: In 3-4 months you can post up a new thread titled " "DAMN GUYS IM YOKED AND LOVING LIFE"  simple as that
