Is it okay to stack Con-Cret Creatine with Jack3d, because I noticed that Jack3d has creatine in it.....?

Ok, because I was going to do the Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, Prime, Jack3d, and Con-cret.... I was just making sure that wasn't too much.

the massive amounts of creatine was my concern as well.

i guess i better hit the market for them 5 for 3 dollar gallon waters !
