Me and 2 friends tried jack3d with much excitement today.
My friends felt no tingle. I did on the way to the gym then it went away. ANyways, Im 140, other dude is 160, and my other friends is 320. We each took 1 scoop each and we have 2 containers of jack3d but none of else felt anything....??? I was really excited to try something new because of all the good reviews on this product. I have only tried no xplode in the past which worked good for me but all the caffeine in it drew me away. My friends have never took a pre workout supp and still felt nothing. We took it in the morning around 10 am "30 minutes before working out" "45 minutes for me" Can it be 1 scoop isnt enough for us? Please help, I dont want to take this back and get no xplode again and shit my pants and shake while lifting. |

Yea, we are going to up it to2 scoops wednesday and see how it goes. I don't want to lose hope. Im wondering if this has happened to anyone else? And would i be able to add more beta alanine? How much is in one scoop? |

How much additional did you take? And is this ok? Wake up at 7 am eat about 800-1000 calories then around 8:30 have my oats and protein drink and around 9:30 down my jack3d? |

Ok cool, And yea haha. I have to gain that weight man
Im 6 foot maybe 1 or 2 .. And only weigh 140 I have another question ![]() How long do you recommend to use jack3d for before going off then on again? I also intake some extra creatine mono so I get around 3 grams a day. I also want to cycle creatine if its needed to. thanks |

Oh, I forgot to respond to this one man
We all felt no energy boost orany sensation to workout at all. It was terrible, Just excited to be back in the gym, I would of thought on top of taking jack3d i would be flying all over the place. |
