Default Sleep after jacked wares off??
I am feeling sooooo sleepy after Jack3d wears off...Why do U al think that is. I am sleeping at my desk at work! Laterz

Might have something to do with what you are eating before and after your workouts. I would suggest good complex carbs after your workout.
