Default Jack3d and keto diet...do they go well togegher?
One of the main reasons for me using jacked is so i dont lose muscle while on the keto diet. It this a good reason?

Jack3d will help give you energy for the workouts while you are in keto state and not using carbs for such.

don't understand what replies you're waiting on..
use Jack3d (1-3 scoops depending on preference/tolerance) 30min preWO.
this is a stimulant/creatine/arginine/beta-alanine all-in-one combo product.
