Well I hope this product works. I had double knee surgery in October. This is my second time. My knees are breaking down and my doc's hope is that I can get by on these ones till the knee replacement tech. gets alittle better. I am 29 and I feel like I am 69. Somedays my knees ache so bad. I am on naoproxen 500x2, Ibuprophen 800x2, and codeine when needed. If this works I would be so happy. I need to lose weight as well and that would help but if this could help with the pain/strength of my knees then I could up my cardio and my gym time!!! Got two bottles on the way of the super, so I cant wait. What is everyone dosing it at for the joint help? Not the androgen dosing...

Dose 1/1/1 (pre- breakfast, lunch, supper) and increase the pre-workout dose to 2 caps on workout days.

As a side note, Super Cissus-RX lowers cortisol so it might help you lose some bodyfat.
