I bought powder at nutraplanet , and they claimed it was Usp Bulk Super Cissus RX (100 grams) By: USPowders

they call it Super Cissus RX same name too. IS uspowders NOT USPlabs?
I saw on a site that the powder should be almost white and not brown. Theres is Brown which got my attention to this.. I feel a bit cheated

No scoop but it will come with dosing scale on the label.
Typically 2-5g/day is sufficient.

My quick review of Super Cissus

I decided to try this supplement as there was a sale at Nutraplanet. It was quite difficult to find a bad review on this product on any site. I would say conservatively 98% of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I suspect the few that were indifferent were probably a result of improper usage or some other more serious condition not mentioned.

Flexibility

I play quite a bit of basketball and of course improved flexibility is something to be taken seriously. Post stretching and foam rolling became easier and enabled me to get deeper into stretches and keep focus.

Strength

Strength went up considerably as there was no nagging injuries remaining and recovery improved as well. I was able to do more dynamic leg movements with the increased flexibility and without discomfort when going deep with certain movements.

Other observations

During my cycle I noticed increased vascularity and density in muscle mass. This could be an indirect effect from the reduction of cortisol or the effects on protein synthesis. I wasn't able to determine exactly what caused this but again USP delivered where promised.

I wasn't full of injuries before starting the cycle but somehow felt better during the run of the cycle.

I highly recommend this product, not for simply the injury repair and prevention, but for the increased cortisol reduction and positive nitrogen balance I experienced.
