I feel like a complete idiot for having to ask this, but is super cissus rx meant to be swallowed as a pill or opened up and the contents poured into a glass of water, juice, etc?

(If there are different types its the one from the blue bottle)

Also, can this be taken while on anti-biotics?

The capsules are made from pork gelatin. Simply swallow capsules with water. Dumping into water will not effect potency however, Cissus Quadrangularis is not the most pleasant tasting herb...

Hey it could be Anabolic Pump he was asking about. I ruined a shake with that stuff emptying the contents of the pill into it. So if I need AP in quick form I bust the cap throw it back grimace and swallow.

I just noticed the question about antibiotics, from what I know of the research done so far there are not any contraindictions with antibiotics. However you should always consult your doctor regarding those matters...
