I've had shoulder labral repair surgury and capsule release to clean the excess cartledge away. I still experience inflammation of the biceps tendon. My surgeon told me to take glucos/chron/MSM to aid in the healing and inflammation or its a cortisone shot. Will Cissus help with rebuilding the cartledge of my labrum and heal my tendon inflammation. Instead of taking glucos/chron/MSM. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

yeah I would highly recommend SuperCissus to you for your issues..
this product helped me in recovery from a partially torn labrum, as well as a severe torn calf muscle, in ridiculously fast timeframe..gluco/chond never did anything for me, on any level.

I realize this is an old post but I've had a labrum repair as well. Cissus (the older version) helped me tremendously along with a stretching and rehab regimen. I have no doubt the cissus shortened my recovery time. I was pretty much 100% after about 5 months post surgery.
