Default When should I take Super Cissus RX and how many shoudl I take for my injury

I have had a shoulder injury that has lingered for about 2 years now which has recently returned and magnified when I injured myself doing shoulder presses. I went to an orthopedic dr. and he said it was just an overuse/overtraining injury which would go away after a month of physical therapy/ rest. I followed all procedures and no results. I just received my Super Cissus today and want to know when to take them and how many I should take to see quick results and benefits for my shoulder?

for that old/severe of an injury, I would recommend extremely aggressive dosing:
1 cap, 10min prior to 5 meals daily, and another before bed.
run this out for 2 weeks, and go from there.

Thanks a lot Snagency for responding so quickly. I was just reading some older posts of people with an injury similar to mine taking two 10 mins b4 breakfast and 2 b4 bedtime meal. Is it better spacing them out by taking one 5 times a day or 2 2 times a day? Also, I am scheduled to see my orthopedic doctor on Thursday to re-look at my shoulder since his previous recommendations didn't work. Should I see the dr. or try taking the super cissus rx first to see if it rids of my injury?

I stand by my previous post!
spacing them out is better IMO.
I would also get started ASAP if it were me -- but I'm not a fan of idled injury time.

I have already taken 2 capsules already because I'm excited to see this shoulder injury/pain go away once and for all. I will follow your protocol of 5 capsules a day 10 minutes before a small meal. I will keep everyone posted on this thread to let you know of my progress.

It is only my 2nd day of taking Super Cissus Rx and I can already feel something from it. When I take it about 20 mins later or so I feel a calming feeling come over my body similar to take of pain reliever like asprin. This is a good sign to me and I hope that in the next few weeks my knee and shoulder pain subside and eventually disappear.

As an update. I just got back from my orthopedic doctor appointment and my dr. thinks that I have a torn labrum of my right shoulder. This is an educated guess of his b/c he isn't sure without an MRI which I have scheduled about 3 weeks from now. Which will definately tell him what's going on with my shoulder. But I was wondering is Super Cissus Rx will help repair/ heal my shoulder if it truly is a torn larbum? From my research it is a form of cartilage. What do you think? I say no but it can't hurt to take it...

I would say it would definitely help..
I used SC to speed healing when I had shoulder bursitis and a slight tear in my labrum last yr, and then (even more amazingly) it also helped my recovery from a grade 3 calf tear, where I should have had surgery but opted not to -- and was back on it and working out again after 6 weeks!
the stuff is truly mind-blowing.

Default I received results from my MRI Anthrogram today...

Today I got my MRI Arthrogram results from my Dr. (the one where they inject dye into the shoulder joint to see better). He said that it's hard to tell if there is a torn labrum or not. (This is common with a MRI scan on the shoulder joint since it's such a tight space.) So there is a 50% chance or so that its torn. So the next step into identifying my injury was a cortisone shot directly in the shoulder joint to see if that reduces my pain/inflammation. It helped a little within a few minutes, improving the fluidness of my shoulder motion. Sometimes a cortisone shot is the miracle cure for some people, according to the Dr. He said to wait a few weeks to see how the shot works and stay away from weight training in the meantime. In the meantime I am continuing to take my SC 4-5 times daily, in hopes to heal/reduce my pain. Has anyone had a cortisone shot before and had good results with an injury similar to mine? Also, what are your thoughts/ suggestions on what to do next in terms of returning to weightlifting in the near future? Should I keep taking SC? I am on my 2nd bottle of SC now, with little results so far.

I would continue taking SC, and avoid weights for awhile. These kinds of injuries can linger for a very long time if not given the proper time to heal.
