interesting question..
I would hypothesize that, if poor bloodflow is part of the issue incurring your gout, then SC could indeed help, as it aids in blood circulation/nutrient delivery to joints, cartilage and tendons. it'd be worth it to check it out IMO. let us know your results if you do!

It just so happens that in my search for something online yesterday I came across something that stated that cissus was good for gout specifically. Of course I would like to hear your experience with it for sure. My boss has gout and if it helps you maybe I can recommend to him and keep my job longer.
