I expect the answer to be yes based upon my research . .but I'll ask anyways.
I'm relatively new to lifting. I've been on the asteroid stack for almost 4 weeks now as well as lifting extremely hard (doing the asteroid freak workout). I am definitely making good progress. Virtually everytime I lift I'm hitting PRs. (as to be expected by someone like me . .pretty athletic, pretty good nutrition, great supplement stack) novice in the weight room. As of the last couple weeks I am getting some joint / tendon pain in my shoulder area. I'm on the last 2 weeks of month 1 in the freak workout program and I'm doing 6 days per week right now . . . So after my long winded explanation . . .I'm just wondering if Super Cissus will help with my joint / tendon pain? How long does SC usually take to kick in? |
