I had a few questions regarding the dosage.I am an IRONMAN triatlete and have had a couple of injuries over the last year or so. My knees with all the biking and running are constanly inflammened and tend to just act up all the time. I have runners knee/major tendonitisl I am currently taking for the past 2 weeks 2 pills in the am with food, 2 pills in afternoon with food, and 2 pills in evening with food. I have noticed the great results as well. however my question is should i be taking 1 pill with every meal for 4/5 x a day or is what i am doing ok? My diet routine is great as well. Any feedback will be helpful..Thank you for your time.

Is there a cycle or that i should do or can i continue for as long as I want? In otherwards does the body get use to the dosage and then it lowers the effects? Thank you . I appreciate the advice. I am getting ready for my next race and will keep you posted.

I think that all supplements should be cycled and with that being said, go with 3 months on 1 month off. Furthermore, if you really want to increase your endurance, look into adding citrulline malate and Anabolic Pump.

I have bben on that No xplode stuff. It has the malate in there, but assuming not the best choice? Would it be better in pure form. and along with that and cissus would you recommend the anabolic pump or the Powerfull? Asking because of the racing i do and do not want to gain 1 lb of bulk weight or such. thanks
