Default Cissus and Arthiritis

I developed tendinitis in my elbows and wrists because, i believe, my forearm muscles grew at a rate too fast for the associated tendons, hence the added tension led to tendinitis. I started taking bulk super cissis rx and all symptoms of tendinitis went away after 2 days (with all other things remaining the same) but about 5 days later, I started feeling symptoms of osteoarthritis in my knuckles on one hand.

Can anyone lend any reason why this is so?

I'm 21, healthy, fit, have a good diet, and do not really have any arthritis related ailments in my family btw.

How much are you taking? Too high a dose can actually cause some joint discomfort due to lowered cortisol. Similar to too much 7-oh (Lean Xtreme).

2500mg doesn't sound too much to be taking but personally i would drop the dosages a little and slowley build back up to see what feels the most comfortable for you.

Try taking 3 doses of 500mg (0.5g) morning, before workout and at night then go from there and see how it goes.

I take the SuperCissus in capsule form and dose 3 times daily. 1 Cap in the morning, afternoon and night time. Each tablet is 750mg so daily i am getting 2250mg of the Cissus extract which seems to be the right amount for me.

Let us know how you get on.

Yes, about 1.3g EPA and 770mg DHA per day.

Hmmm, odd that you are having this problem. Your Cissus dosage is in the norm and your taking your fish.

Are you taking anything to supress estrogen? ATD, 6bromo, 6OXO etc?

Or better yet, what else do you take. Give us the lowdown bra.

This may not be anything more than a minor injury that you were not even aware of. Especially seeing it is in only one hand. I was grappling with a buddy trying to get in a finger lock and I think I let my fingers on one hand bend too far back. Knuckles on my right hand were aching for a week.

Before feeling pain, I had been and still do take Controlled Lab's glycergrow, green mag, purple wrath, and white flood, vitamins/minerals, and fish oil. I just started taking powerfull 4 days ago and still felt the pain.

I don't think any of those products would affect joint health. Oddly though, my symptoms are very close to the symptoms of arthritis I read on webmd.

It really made me think when you said that taking too much could cause pain and if I remember correctly, it would always hurt a lot if I took cissus the day prior (I would skip some days because I totally forgot, and I did the same things on these days ie. same daily things and same workouts with same intensity at the gym, etc).

I'm going to pay more attention to my dosing and see if too much is really the cause.

I'm lazy to type it out but let's just say I see a lot of results from it and my form is of no concern.
