Hey why not chime in on a daddy thread, I'm a granddaddy.

I have a bad left knee that has not gotten better in six years after surgery. It's very weak and I don't think it will ever be as strong as my right knee. It does hurt sometimes but not all the time.

I guess a trial on SC would be the thing to see if it will help.

It would definatley be worth it for you to try. It will help greatly with your knee issue as it will help strengthen the joint and if there is any pain it will reduce this too.
My Father is loving it at the moment. I've just run out myself but can't wait to get my next run.

Mick I see you're from England. I met a man in my 24 Hour Fitness club who is from England. He had to move back there because of visa issues but he became my best friend. We Skype all the time. I will ask him where he lives next time we talk. He told me once but I don't remember...bad memory but not Alzheimer's yet I hope.

He is a big bicycler and spinner, but I was teaching him how to lift weights before he left. He was a skinny guy, less than 160 and 65 years old so I don't think he wants to put much muscle on.
