I just got my order of super cissus today. i have never taken cissus before. my bicep tendons are screwed up. i want to start maga dosing(4 caps per day) super cissus right now. i was wondering when in the day should take my 4 caps a day(timing)?

Morning, pre training and bedtime are the most important. you can add a fourth capsule in somewhere or take 2 caps at one dosing.

by "pre-training" do you mean take the pill with some water right before you enter the gym, or do you mean with your preworkout meal?

I take with preworkout meal. But you could also do the former.
