Squats
135
225
315
Feeling a little torn up today from deads so I suited up early
405x1 (suit straps down)
510x1 (suit straps down and wraps)
560x1 (suit straps up and wraps)
530x1 (" ")

Hip machine
Leg extension
leg press

This was all I had time for today since the gym closes at 7 on Friday. I had to work till 6 so I got all this done in an hour!

I am going to attempt to tighten my straps up since there wasnt much of a difference in the feeling of the unstrapped and strapped sets and I am capable of pulling them up myself.

side raises 2x6
pec deck rear laterals 2x8

Felt pretty beat up after the shirt work so I didnt go real heavy on the assistance. But I was suprised I was able to get 545 down to the 1 and a 1/2 board!

Deadlifts (conventional style while standing on a plate)
Used 2 Green bands (stood on them and wrapped them around my neck while pulling) dont know how much this added but it felt like it was heavy as hell! haha!
135x6
135x4
225x4
225x2
315x2
365x1 (this felt heavy as hell at the top so I figured it was a good point to end!)

Wide grip behind neck pull ups 2x8
curl grip pull ups 2x8
T-bar rows 2x8
standing hamstring curls 2x6
lying hamstring curls 2x6
Side bends 2x10
weighted sit ups 2x10

Low back was fried after pulling with those green bands! I think that may help solve my lockout problems in the deadlift!
