Default Help with stack

Hey guys first post here, I recently got into bodybuilding and I'm coming off a 3 month cut.* Boy was it hell, i followed a low carb (around 100 carbs a day an on Sundays raised it up to 300).* Did HIIT 3 times a day and lifted 5 times, great results and couldn't be happier.* I'm 5'8 around 160 before the cut i weighed around 180, so i dropped 20 pounds and gained more muscle than i thought i would.* Now after cutting for 3 months i wanted to eat around maintenence, im not a big fan of bulking i want the more athletic look.* So im searching for supplements and run across anabolic pump and powerfull.* These seem to be the real deal, i like how AP allows and promotes the eating of more carbs and i like what i see in powerfull so im gona stack these two together.* Now to the point i wanted to post my diet and when i take the supplements to make sure everything is in order:7:30am Powerfull7:45am AP

Personally, I would decrease your protein to 1-1.2g/lb and increase your carbs and fat (at least 20% of total calories) accordingly. Too much protein can actually decrease protein synthesis and you body cant utilize that much anyway unless your on gear.

The stack is AWSOME, throw in Prime and that would make it even better.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, yea i noticed the protein being high, didnt know it can have that affect thought. Any suggestions on which meals to remove some protein from and some examples of carbs to replace them with? I know i should get some flax oil but i have a budget so im limited, but i will be taking fish oil capsels if that helps.

Fish oil is awesome too, i take that along with sesamin and cla everyday. I would say just cut back the portion sizes. Instead of having 8 oz, only have 4-5 oz. For carbs, oats, brown rice, rice cakes, ww bread, stuff like that. And in the meals you take AP before, try and get 60g of complex carbs in that meal. I am pretty sure that was the reccomendation (if not, everything else looks fine).

Thanks for the help man, yea im gona drop to around 200g protein and add a couple more portions of carbs, and add some almonds for some more fat. Also ive been reading that you have to take powerfull an 1 away from ingestion food or you wont see results, something about stopping the release of HGH. Any truth in this right now my spacing is around 30-45 minutes of meals.
