It says on the Prime and PowerFULL boxes to cycle them 5 days on 2 days off. My question is does it matter is I do Monday, Tuesday, Thrursday-Saturday ON and take the other two days off?

So basically, do the doses have to be on 5 CONSECUTIVE days or can they be split up, as long as your getting 2 days completely off from them?

Any 2 days off out of 7 is fine.
