Default Help With my new STAK

Hi,

Im new to this forum and was interested in including USP labs in my next STAK/CYCLE.

I currently take:
Nutrabolics NOZ I.V
Gaspari SizeOn.

I am interested in:
Anabolic Pump and
PowerFULL.

Can someone please advise me on the best strategy/timing to take these products and any possible conflicts.

Take 1 Anabolic Pump 15 minutes before breakfast, pre-workout meal and a meal after post-workout meal. As for PowerFULL, the carbohydrates in SizeON may interfere with PowerFULL's effects. Thus, I would suggest that you take 3 PowerFULL, 30 minutes before your pre-workout meal and 2 PowerFULL before bed. Hope this helps,

so dex, do you not recommend sizeOn whilst taking powerFULL?

Sorry i forgot to mention my goals =], which are to gain lean mass whilst loosing some BF%

Do you have an alternative stak which will be more beneficial.
I havent posted up my diet as yet, but this is a sample.

6.00 6 egg whites, 2 wheetbix/cup oats & protein shake with added fibre

10.00 Sandwhich with chicken (something similar to subway with roast chicken fillets) double meat on brown bread

1.00pm 2-300gms chicken breat with 1 cup brocolli and 100-150 gms brown basmati rice

4.00 protein shake, 1/2 cup cashews

Pre work out
bowl of pasta

post work out
steak/chicken (approx 3-400 grms)

before bed 10.00 protein shake with added fibre (phillium husks) and ZMA.

im not to sure what the caloric intake there is but should be ranging between 2500-3000cals.

any help please.

Use PowerFULL like I recommended in the above post.
